By cross-referencing these depth readings, we isolate surface variations, sharp measurement spikes, or irregular density patterns that indicate the presence of hidden body filler, localised re-sprays, historical accident repairs, or structural panel restoration. You are provided with an objective, easy-to-read summary classifying individual panel integrity into a clear Pass, Advisory, or Concern rating.

Service Limitations: Digital measurements are taken exclusively on metallic panels and do not evaluate plastic bumpers, composite trims, fibreglass, or carbon fibre components. The gauge measures overall combined film thickness and cannot isolate individual layers of primer, paint, or filler. These readings serve as an investigative aid and do not definitively rule out historical accident history. This service invokes a thorough interrogation of all available and supported electronic control modules—including the Engine Management System, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Supplemental Restraint System (Airbags), Automatic Transmission, and Body Control Module (BCM)—to extract active, stored, or pending Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). Simultaneously, a direct-access cranking and charging system check is conducted to evaluate real-time alternator outputs and battery condition. Upon completion, you will receive a comprehensive dual-system reporting package: a transparent, unedited electronic OBD2 Diagnostic Module Scan Log alongside a detailed Electrical System Health Report formally capturing real-time state of health (SOH), state of charge (SOC), dedicated cranking voltage performance, and live alternator charging outputs.

Service Limitations: Module access and data depth are strictly determined by the vehicle's factory electronic configuration and tool compatibility; unsupported modules will be noted. Battery testing applies exclusively to standard 12V automotive electrical networks. All high-voltage Hybrid traction packs, Electric Vehicle (EV) battery systems, and 24V heavy-commercial electrical systems are strictly excluded from this service. Battery testing requires direct access terminals and will not be conducted if component dismantling is required. An OBD scan cannot diagnose internal mechanical wear and cannot uncover historical faults or diagnostic data that may have been intentionally cleared prior to testing.
